People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner at Toyota, you will work with:

• Driving and implementing key HR projects
• Managing the entire HR lifecycle, from attraction to development and retention
• Acting as a strategic and operational advisor in HR matters to managers and employees
• Supporting managers in rehabilitation and personnel matters
• Maintaining and developing collaboration with trade unions and managing negotiations and information.

You are an integral part of the management team for your area and work closely with both managers and employees. At the same time, you collaborate closely with other People Business Partners and HR specialists within Toyota to ensure a unified and high-quality HR effort.

Your Profile

For the position of People Business Partner, we are looking for someone who has/is:

• A university or college degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably in an operational role
• The ability to work professionally and prioritize based on the needs of the business
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You take initiative, work in a structured manner, and have a clear results focus.
